This story was printed in the Mid-Atlantic Camper. Here the story:
With little more than a box of carpenters tools and a great deal of hope for the future, Jim Swanson and his new bride Olga, left their homeland of England and Wales for a new life in America. The year was 1952. Jim was a resident of Yorkshire, England and Olga resided in Glamorganshire, Wales, prior to their marriage. The young couple boarded the Queen Elizabeth I intent on settling down and raising a family in the states. Pennsauken, NJ is where they first settled and it’s here they have stayed. In 1975 Jim and Olga, with their sons, Jim and John, began yet a new venture. If this sounds like the all too often heard of success story – well it is. A success story backed by the years of hard work and determination. Pennsauken Mobile Homes features Park Models built by Forest River and Chariot Eagle.
